This Thursday, Sept. 6th is Election Day and we need members to volunteer a couple hours of their time or the whole day to work and help elect pro-union candidates that the Carmen’s Union has endorsed.

Also, please make sure to get out and vote and make sure your family gets out and vote because every vote counts.  If you don’t vote, you are letting someone else decide the fate and laws of out city, state and country.  The benefits of working families and the rights of working people are under attack and we need to make sure we elect the kind of people who are going to fight for us.  Labor Day marks a day made possible by the courage and blood of those who have come before us.  Let’s not them down!
