Vacation Relief Update

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Earlier this morning, we were notified by the MBTA about a system error in the BidWeb software. This glitch prevented the system from distributing VR picks to those who had cutoff times at 5am this morning, as well as a 5pm distribution at Bennett last night.
In the afternoon, the MBTA notified us that they had identified the issue with the VR pick in the BidWeb software and that the VR pick will resume soon. Members who selected VR and still need to pick, will receive an everbridge email from the T with their new pick times. The T believes that they have solved the issue and will be testing a solution on the Orange Line. All other operators will be picking manually with the picking inspectors at their garages.
