Two MBTA Drivers Assaulted

According to the Transit Police, two MBTA drivers were assaulted last week on the same day (Tuesday, Sept. 10):
- Incident #1: On Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at 3:45 pm, the unidentified female (depicted in the photo on the right) kicked a MBTA Route # 32 bus operator while operating at the intersection of West Street and Hyde Park Avenue. The subject was wearing a sleeveless, purple blouse, blue jeans, and a black and white head scarf. She is described as 25-30 years old, heavy build, approximately 5’6” in height.
- Incident #2: On Tuesday, September 10, 2013, at approximately 12:15 am, an MBTA bus operator was threatened and spat upon at Malden Center Station. The bus was being operated as part of an Orange Line shuttle bus diversion between Malden Center and Oak Grove Stations. The suspect is described as: black male, approximately 20-25 years of age, 5’09″ height, medium build, wearing a head bandana, dark colored baseball hat with the letter “D” in the center, stripped shirt, dark colored pants, sneakers and carrying a dark colored back pack.
