“This @MBTA operator is a gem. As we crossed the Longfellow, arriving in prime rush hr disembarking territory, she thanked us all for riding & offered a ‘blessing of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness and hope,’ in soothing flight-attendant voice. Many waved goodbye when exiting.”
