Recently, President John Lee and Local 589 Member Mark Flaherty joined Tim Sullivan from the Mass. AFL-CIO, State Rep. Timilty, Cong. Mike Capuano, and State Rep Cusack at an event in Randolph.

Both Rep Mark Cusack, who serves on the transportation committee up at the state house, and Congressman Capuano, who serves on the transportation committee in Congress, understand the importance of public transit and essential role played by the 6000 transit union professionals of the Boston Carmen’s Union..

Financial Secretary Jim Evers and Assistant Secretary Peggy LaPaglia also were out support our friends by attending an event in Hanover for Mass. State Rep Rhonda Nyman sponsored by US Congressman Bill Keating.  Recording Secretary John Clancy and Delegate Mike Keller where at an event for U.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren.
