Good Afternoon Brothers & Sisters,

Beginning in March, a new safety directive will call for some employees to wear composite boots while working on the MBTA’s right-of-way.

To facilitate the implementation of this safety directive, the T is outfitting employees in certain areas with free boots.

Some employees have reported being unable to access the boot ordering system. If you have had trouble ordering your boots, click here to fill out a form so the T can activate you in the system.
