This week, the Local 589 Executive Board served as delegates to the biannual constitutional convention of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO. In addition to informative panel discussions and meeting with some of the top political officials in the state, 589 was proud to support Chrissy Lynch as she was elected to become the first female President of the state AFL-CIO. Congratulations President Lynch, Financial Secretary Brousseau, and to all of labor for fighting to move Massachusetts forward for all workers.
