On Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at approximately 6:10 PM, the subject depicted within spat on an MBTA Bus Operator. The incident occurred onboard an MBTA Route #17 Bus near the intersection of Bowdoin Street and Norton Street in the city of Boston. The subject is described as follows: Black male, medium build, wearing a “New England Patriots” blue knit winter cap, a black jacket over a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and tan work boots.
