This month, we would like to recognize all that our members do to keep Boston moving. You are all essential in keeping Bostonians connected to friends, family, and opportunities and ensuring the safety and well-being of our communities, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

This year, we would like to shout out to Customer Service Agents. Customer Service Agents work behind the scenes to keep riders informed on schedule changes, help them navigate the city, and so much more. Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

From special announcements to exceptionally smooth commutes, our members truly make a difference beyond public transit.
