Attention bus, heavy rail, and light rail operators. This summer, bus and rail Delegates Hogan, Jean, Cruz, and Page worked with the MBTA’s plans and schedules department to create a fall pick feedback survey.

This survey, weighted by seniority, will assist the Delegates and MBTA scheduling department in crafting work that better reflects the needs and preferences of our membership.
