On Friday, members of Local 589 joined together with fellow employees from across the MBTA to celebrate Black History Month.

The event, which was held at the Cabot Garage, was a time to reflect on the past, present, and future.

Local 589 Executive Board members Patrick Hogan and Terry Reed spoke along with General Manager Dr. Beverly Scott.
